摘要
作者报告１６例退行性腰神经根管狭窄的ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ三维图像重建检查及针对性充分减压和钛合金花篮状椎体融合固定器治疗。认为：腰椎间盘突出，中央椎管狭窄，神经根管狭窄各有不同的病因，病理解剖，引起不同的临床表现以及不同的ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ三维重建图像，其治疗方法也不同，所以诊断不宜混淆。治疗需要注意有针对性减压，增加并维持椎间盘高度，增强脊柱稳定性。
