摘要
现代物流是目前国内外重要的经济发展趋势,区域物流对于优化区域资源配置和提高区域竞争力有重要作用。本文在阐述区域物流内涵的基础上,分析区域物流的特征;并从理论上构筑了区域物流体系,包括区域物流基础设施、区域物流企业、区域物流信息平台、区域物流管理和中介、区域物流需求等四个子系统;同时阐述了国内外区域物流的发展经验,探讨区域物流的发展规律;最后基于理论构筑和实践分析,提出了我国区域物流发展的对策。
Now the modern logistics is the developing trend of economy in the foreign countries and China, especially the development of third part logistics. Regional logistics is an important sort of modern logistics. In this article, based on the expound of regional logistics conception, the author analyzed its characteristics, including the regional characteristics, the center characteristics, distance economy, and discussed the theoretical components of regional logistics system in retails. But the author believed the modern logistics in China is in developing stage and regional logistics system is still backward, and there were many exiting problems. The author analyzed the developing experiences of regional logistics in the foreign countries and China, and drew some conclusions. The author think in our country, especially the modern logistics is still in the developing stage, the best way to developing modern logistics is to building the regional logistics system firstly, and put out the countermeasures to building regional logistics system, including： ①building a managing department which could control all logistics resources;②put up the regional logistics developing plan;③put up the regional logistics developing strategy;④developing regional logistics market through social logistics of industry and business and developing logistics corporation.
