摘要
阐述了山区发展生态经济与循环农业的重要性及其现实意义。从山区生态经济的背景与取向,发展循环农业的定位与思考,转变增长方式的战略与措施三个层次进行分析与探讨,并结合实际,提出了若干发展战略与技术对策。
The importance and significance of developing ecological economy in mountainous area were discussed in this paper. The background and tropism of ecological economy in mountainous area, the orientation and suggestion on developing circular agriculture and the tactic and measure of changing increasing mode were also analyzed and studied. And finally, some tactics and countermeasures were put forward.
