摘要
随着有杆抽油系统能耗问题的日益尖锐和研究的不断深入,从系统能耗角度确定有杆抽油系统的损失功率虽然有了很大进展,但还存在很多的缺陷。针对该问题归纳总结了有杆抽油系统井下损失功率的计算方法,分析并指出了存在的缺陷,如:解波动方程的方法求取杆液摩擦损失比较复杂,而且依赖于各区块的摩擦阻尼系数,不便于推广应用,而现场数据回归公式求取杆液摩擦方法需要大量实测数据,工作量大,也不利于推广应用。为此提出了新的井下损失功率计算分类方法,推导了以井筒流体为对象的杆—液、管—液能耗计算模型。该模型既能满足能耗计算精度要求,又进行了适当的近似简化,为从计算角度确定有杆抽油系统效率提供了理论支持。
As the energy loss of sucked-rod pumping system become more seriously and research on it become more deeply,in view of system energy loss research has also been evolved.In this paper,summarized the calculation methods of power loss in downhole sucked-rod pumping system,and analyzed the limitation of these methods such as complex to solve wave equation,and need quantity of field data to regress equation.A new method of power loss calculation on downhole Sucked-Rod Pumping were proposed,also the calculation method of energy loss between rod and liquid and between tube and liquid were established,it more reasonable and more applicable than calculation models of before.
