摘要
本文作者采用二级电凝聚、二级斜管沉淀、二级沉淀泥渣回流、三层滤料过滤等工艺组合而成的一体化净水装置,将浊度为10000mg/L的原水在42min内一次净化为浊度小于3度的饮用水.在该工艺中采用电凝聚装置代替常规的混凝剂溶解、调配、计量、投加等一系列设备,操作程序简单、节约制水时间、设备规模小,并可随原水浊度不同而任意变换操作电流大小,保证出水水质,特别适合于小型高浊度水处理系统.
A compacted water purification facility composed with two stage electro flocculation, two stage sedimentation, two stage settled sludge circulating and trible-layer filtration etc was used by the authors to treat raw water with turbidity up to 10000 mg/1 and the drinking water with turbidity small than 3 degree was obtained through 42 minutes of one purification process. In this facility the electro-flocculating unite is adopted to replace a series of conventional equipments for various functions including dissolution of coagulant, chemical compound, measuring and dosage, so the size of the equipment is reduced, the operating sequence simplified and the working time curtailed. The operating current is adjustable arbitrarily according to the different turbidity levels of raw water to guarantee the best quality of purified water. This facility is very suitable for high turbidity water treatment systems of smaller size.
