摘要
提出了时变速度情况下带时间窗与回程的车辆路径问题模型,考虑最小化车辆行驶总时间和最小化总延误时间两个相互冲突目标,将双目标的问题通过加权法转化为单目标问题.由于求解固定速度车辆路径问题的方法在时变速度下不可行,因而对传统优化方法作了改进,提出两阶段方法.从计算的结果看,第二阶段的RTS(reactive tabu search)算法相对第一阶段算法的求解有较大的改进.根据不同的权重的取值,可以在两个目标之间找到一个权衡的区间,决策者根据服务的要求可以在此区间选择合适的权重获得可行的车辆调度方案.
The model for vehicle routing with time windows and backhauls under the time dependent was presented. In consideration of the conflict between the minimization of total travel time and the minimiza- tion of total tardy time, the bi-objective problem was converted into single objective problem by weighted method. The algorithm for the vehicle routing in constant speed context was infeasible at time dependent speed context. The traditional optimization algorithm was improved and the two-phase method proposed. From the computational result, RTS (reactive tabu search) algorithm in the second phase was improved more when finding the solution in comparison with the algorithm in the first phase. A trade-off section between the two objectives can be formed according to weighted values. On the basis of the service demand, the decision-maker can choose appropriate weighted value in this section to attain the feasible vehicle scheduling solution.
