摘要
目的观察DNA280免疫吸附器治疗系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的效果。方法选取30例系统性红斑狼疮患者,运用DNA280免疫吸附器治疗,检测吸附治疗前后抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA抗体(ds-DNA)、IgA、IgG、IgM的抗体滴度变化、补体C3、C4、血常规、电解质、肾功能、肝功能等指标并行统计学分析。结果免疫吸附治疗后,患者ANA、ds-DNA抗体滴度明显减少(P<0.05);血常规及其他各项生化指标无明显改变,无肝肾功能损害(P>0.05),临床症状有不同程度的缓解。结论DNA280免疫吸附器对系统性红斑狼疮治疗有效,能减少ANA、ds-DNA滴度水平,并且安全、无明显副反应。
Objective To observe clinical effect of DNA280 immunoadsorbent on systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients. Methods Strictly according to the standard of inclusion and exclusion, selecting 30 patients with SLE patients to accept immunoadsorption therapy and detect the titres of ANA and ds-DNA in pre treatment and after treatment, Morever, the concen trations of IgA, IgG、 IgM antibody , C3、 C4 and the change of blood routine 、 electro lyre , renal function、hepatic function , then analyzed results by statistics, P〈0. 05 was considered as significant difference. Results the titres of ANA and ds DNA decreased after treatment which was significant difference compared with pretreatment（P〈0. 05）： the param eters of bloodroutine, biochemical indicator remained static without obvious liver and nephron function loss. The clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion DNA280 immunoadsorbent has definitely better therapeutic effect which can exclusively decrease the levels of ANA、ds-DNA. The immunoadsorption is safe and no obvious side effects.
