摘要
在爆破拆除工程中,有一种筒仓构筑物由于其结构特殊,高宽比接近1,定向倒塌爆拆难度较大,且解体不充分,成为目前爆破拆除的难点。本文利用动力有限元程序LS-DYNA,对爆破拆除筒仓构筑物的倒塌过程,进行了力学仿真,并通过几何分析确定筒仓最小破坏高度的计算公式,以此选取不同破坏高度进行了讨论。仿真计算的结果与真实倒塌过程非常接近,说明通过适当的选取计算参数和计算模型,可以对这种复杂破坏过程进行模拟分析和仿真。
A silo with relatively small ratio of height to width and special frames became the difficulty in the project of demolish blasting. It was very difficult to dismantle and disaggregate sufficiently with directional blasting. Simulation of the collapse of silo structure was processed in this paper with the dynamic finite element software of LS-DYNA. The calculating formula of the minimum destroying height of silo structure was verified by using geometry analysis, and different destroying heights used in the simulation were discussed. The simulation was very close to the real conditions, meaning that using proper numerical model could simulate and analyze such complicated demolition process.
