摘要
湖北省磷矿资源丰富，在全国占有十分重要的地位。在磷矿开发过程中出现了许多破坏和浪费资源的问题。本文分析了这些问题产生的原因，并在规划编制、开发利用方针、政策导向、监管措施等方面，对湖北磷矿资源保护工作提出了建议。
There is rich phosphorus mineral resource in Hubei province, occupying very important place in China. In the course of exploiting a lot of problems on destroying and wasting the resource arised. In this paper causes of problems are analysed, and in the respect of drawing up programme, exploiting principles, guiding of policy, measures of supervision suggestions are presented.
