IgA肾病的药物治疗进展

摘要 近来研究发现，IgA。肾病约有15％～20％的患者在发病10年内进入终末期-肾衰竭，30％～40％的患者在发病20年内进入终末期肾衰竭。IgAN的诊断主要依靠。肾活检，免疫荧光示。肾小球系膜区存在IgA或以IgA为主的免疫复合物沉积。因其发病机制尚未明确，目前尚无特效的治疗方法，临床仍处于缓解症状及经验性治疗。本文将近年的治疗研究进展综述如下。
