摘要
分析了影响农产品质量安全的关键技术环节及农产品安全生产关键技术的发展趋势,并在揭示天津市农业安全生产中四大技术问题的基础上,提出了天津市农产品安全生产关键技术研发重点领域。
The quality and safety of farm products is the focus issue nowadays, which has been concerned by the whole world. In this paper, the key technology which affects the farm products quality and safety has been analyzed, as well as the develop trends. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of four key problems of agricultural produce in Tianjin, the priority research areas of farm products quality and safety produce have been suggested.
