Endocrine Therapy in Patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer
摘要
乳腺癌的发生、发展与患者体内雌激素水平密切相关,自1896年Beatson首次使用卵巢切除术治疗晚期乳癌[1]以来,内分泌治疗在乳腺癌综合治疗中的地位越来越重要,目前已与化疗并称为乳腺癌内科治疗的“左膀右臂”。
