摘要
互联网的发展,给高校思想政治工作带来了巨大的影响,对高校思想政治工作者也提出了更高的要求。文章从思想政治修养、网络信息技术、工作方式等方面,论述了新形势下高校思想政治工作者的素质要求。
The development of the lnternet has had a significant influence on the ideological working staff in colleges and universities and it requires them to be equipped with higher competence. The authors expound the quality requirements of them under this new circumstance from the aspects of ideological and political culture, information technology of network and working methods.
