摘要
目的:研制炭纤维增强的壳聚糖可吸收骨折内固定棒,并测试其力学性能。方法:采用力学性能优异的炭纤维对壳聚糖进行增强改性;用自制模具浸渍法制备炭纤维增强壳聚糖内固定棒;真空处理消除复合体中炭纤维周围残留的气泡;40 g/L NaOH溶液中和复合材料的酸度并降低壳聚糖在水中的溶解度;三点弯曲试验测试该内固定棒的弯曲强度和弯曲模量。结果:成功研制了炭纤维增强的壳聚糖骨折内固定棒;该棒的平均弯曲强度为(190.75±10.95)MPa,平均弯曲模量为(4069.73±113.08)MPa。与单纯壳聚糖棒相比,弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别增加19%和370%,两者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:炭纤维增强的壳聚糖复合材料内固定棒的力学性能明显优于单纯壳聚糖内固定棒,是极具开发应用潜力的骨折内固定材料。
Objective: To prepare carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs for bone fracture internal fixation and test their biomechanical properties.Methods:The carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs were prepared by the method of adding carbon fiber which has high strength and good biocompatibility into chitosan and their biomechanical properties were measured by three point Bending test. Results:The bending strength and the bending modulus of the carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs are respectively 190.75±10.95 and 4069.73±113.08 MPa which are much stronger than pure chitosan robs.Conclusion: the strength of the chitosan robs were enhanced greatly by carbon fiber.The carbon fiber reinforced chitosan rob has important potency in the application of bone fracture internal fixation.
