摘要
目的探讨中国鹿产品药膳食疗应用发展问题。方法回顾历史,分析现状,提出我国鹿产品药膳食疗的发展意见。结果我国具有鹿产品药膳食疗应用的悠久历史和发展优势,应作为新兴产业做强、做大。
Objectire： To discuss the problems in the development of health-buieding-diet and fcod therapy of deer products. Method： To make specific suggestions according to the history and current situation. Result： China has a long history and the developing advantage of health-buieding-diet and fcod therapy, so we should make this new career more prosperous and stronger.
