摘要
底部框架房屋不同于框架结构,也不同于砖砌体结构,在结构的设计与施工方面有许多特殊要求。为引起工程人员加深对这种结构形式的认识,本文通过对比的方式对这种结构的特殊性作出分析,以求避免出现工程失误。
A brick masonry building with frame structure in ground floor is different from either the frame structure or the brick masonry structure building. There are many special requests for the structure design and the construction in this kind of building. To deepen the understanding in the structure form of this building to the engineering technical personnel and to avoid the construction misplay, an analysis of structure particularity in this building was made in comparison way.
