摘要
目的描述护理人员的心身健康状况。方法应用一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)和自行设计的身体健康问卷对山东省19所医院的950名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员心理状况不佳的总检出率为19.95%,自评健康、亚健康、不健康分别为39.9%、57.3%、2.8%,常见的身体不适为失眠(38.1%)、感冒(33.8%)、慢性胃炎(32.3%)、视力下降(30.8%)、静脉曲张(30.2%)等。结论护理人员的心身健康状况存在一定的问题,应当引起管理者和护理人员自身的重视和关注,并应采取积极有效的措施,提高心身健康水平。
Objective： To describe the psychological and physical health conditions among 950 nurses of 19 hospitals in Shandong Province. Methods： General Health Questionnaires and self-designed physical health questionnaires were used to investigate the mental and physical conditions. Results： The finding showed that 19.95% nurses bad phtsical an mental conditions; self-evaluated health, inferior health and poor health were respectively 39.9%, 57.3%, and 2.8%. Common physical discomforts were insomnia （（38.1%）, cold （33.8%）, chronic gastritis （32.3%）, weak-sight （30.8%）, and varicosity（30.2%）. Conclusion： Some psychological and physical problems exist among nursing staff. Managers and nurses should take care of their mental and physical health and effective measures should be taken.
