摘要
采用共沉淀-共沸蒸馏法制备了掺杂F e3+的T iO2纳米粉体,通过XRD和TEM等对掺杂F e3+的T iO2纳米粉体的结构相变、晶粒粒度进行表征,研究了所得粉体的光催化活性。结果表明,用共沉淀-共沸蒸馏法制备出了分散性好的球形掺杂F e3+的T iO2纳米粉体,热处理温度为450℃时粒径为7 nm左右,晶相为纯锐钛矿型;700℃时粒径为22 nm左右,晶相为锐钛矿型和金红石型混合相;通过对亚甲基橙的光催化降解研究,发现掺入0.1%F e3+的T iO2粉体的催化活性较好,且经共沸处理的比未经共沸处理的具有更好的活性。
Fe^3+-doped TiO2 nanopowders were prepared by the coprecipitation-azeotropic distillation method. The properties of nanopowders were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results showed that the obtained Fe^3+-doped TiO2 nanopowders were spheric and had good dispersibility. If the annealing temperature was 450℃ ,the size of the particle was about 7 nm and the phase structure was anatase. When the annealing temperature was 700℃, the powder had mixed phase structure of anatase and rutile,and the size of the particle was about 22 nm. Studying of degradation of methylene orange revealed that the TiO2 nanopowders with 0.1% of doped Fe^3+ had the best photocatalytic activity,and the powder obtained by azeotropic distillation processing had better photocatalytic activity than that by unazeotropic distillation processing.
