Development and upgrading of industrial cluster based on local and global interaction

摘要基于价值链视角,本文提出了地域化和全球化双向互动的集群升级思路,系统分析了互动的类型、模式和层次,并从不同产业类型和不同发育模式两个层面探讨了对我国集群的启示和促进集群升级的可能途径。 Under the angle of view of value chain, local and global interaction based upgrading of industrial cluster is put forward for the first time, as well as the type, mode, and hierarchy of interaction is analysed systematically. Finally, from two aspects of different industrial types and different development mode, the enlightenment and possible approaches of promoting clusters to upgrade are illustrated.
