β-FBG启动子基因多态性与血浆脂质异常的关系

摘要 目的分析中国血栓病患者血浆纤维蛋白原β启动子HaeIII基因多态性与血浆脂质异常的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应限制性酶切分析方法,分析100名血栓患者和30例正常对照DNA样品的βFG启动子HaeIII基因多态性,比浊法测定血浆FBG水平。酶法测定TC和TG,选择遮蔽法直接测定HDL-C、LDL-C,ApoA1、ApoB,Lp(a)用双波长免疫透射比浊法测定。结果血栓组血清TC、TG、LDL-C和Lp(a)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0·01),HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0·01),而ApoA1和ApoB水平无显著性差异(P>0·05)。H2H2组、H1H2组血清TC、TG、LDL-C和Lp(a)水平均明显高于H1H1组(P<0·01),HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0·01),而ApoA1和ApoB水平无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论βFBG启动子HaeIII基因多态性与血清脂质密切相关是血栓病发生的重要因素。 Objective To study the relationship between β FBG Hae Ⅲ polymorphisms, bloodlipidlevel and thrombus diseases. Methods Levelsof Lp(a), TC, TG, HDL C, LDL C, APOA1 and APOB in 100 padents of thrombus diseases and 30 healthy controls were measured respectively. Results A significant increase of TC, TG, LDL C, Lp(a) in the groups of thrombus diseases patients was detectedeompared with the healthyeontrol. And a significant decrease of HDL C was detected in thrombus diseases groups. As for APOA1 and APOB, no significant differenee was found between the thrombus diseases troup and the control troup. Noassociafion between Lp(a) and hemodynamievalues was found. Conclusion The blood lipid level was associated with FG genotype, should be a very important factor to thrombus disease.
