摘要
在分析了Pro/E和MoldFolw软件特点的前提下,介绍了Pro/E三维造型软件应用于模具设计的功能模块和进行注射模具设计的具体方法;再运用MoldFlow软件的模拟和综合分析功能,得到合理的注射工艺参数,优化了模具结构。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Pro/E and Moldflow softwares, the functional module of 3D modeling Pro/E software and the specific method for the design of injection mold are introduced. By the application of the simulation and comprehensive analysis functions of MoldFlow software, reasonable injection molding parameters were obtained, and the structure of the mold was optimized.
