摘要
HPC-1是一种在丙烯酸型高分子链段上引入封闭型异氰酸酯而形成的含氟整理剂.讨论了HPC-1整理剂浓度以及与免烫树脂同浴、与丙烯酸树脂硬挺剂同浴的整理效果.当HPC-1用量为20g/L时,可获得良好的防水防油效果;而当有超高耐洗要求时,其用量可提高至60～80g/L.工艺中pH值应控制在4～5,焙烘条件为160℃×2～3 min或180℃×40s.
Abstract： The finishing effect of fluorine-contained finishing agent HPC-1 with different concentration, and together with ironfree resin or acrylic acid resin in one bath was discussed. Under the condition of HPC-1 dosage 20 g/L, pH value 4 -5, curing temperatureand time 160 ℃ ×2 -3 min or 180 ℃ ×40 s, the excellent effect of water and oil resistance can be obtained. While the requirement of higher wash durability, the dosage of HPC-1 should be added to 60 -80 g/L.
