摘要
笔者针对在我国卫生体制改革,医疗市场竞争的新形式下,从门诊服务的工作中理念、流程、模式、技术和环境创新5方面,阐述了当前形式下门诊发展与建设方向和目标,以及在管理工作中具体的实施方法与措施。
This paper focuses the reform of Chinese sanitation system and competition of medical markets. In the area of the service idea, flow, pattern, technique and circumstance ,we set forth the direction and purposes about the development and construction of the outpatient＇s department. And the measures and methods in the management were also discussed.
