摘要
罚球是篮球比赛中主要得分手段。基于此,提出了模拟训练和心理控制训练的方法,认为有针对性地加强心理训练和自我控制训练,是提高罚球命中率的有效途径。
This text announces that the main factor of the influence to the penalty in the clout rate is the imagination of the athlete, and the penalty mainly gets a goal in the basketball game.According to this, put forward to a method of the training with mental state, aiming at strengthening the mental state training and controlling the training by one＇s own,this is a valid path to raise the penalty rate in the court.
