连接蛋白与大骨节病

摘要 连接蛋白是一种小分子糖蛋白,与蛋白聚糖和透明质酸相结合,参与形成软骨蛋白聚糖聚集体,在维持细胞外基质结构和功能的完整性中发挥着重要作用。连接蛋白与各种骨关节疾病包括大骨节病关系密切。从连接蛋白的化学组成和结构特点、生物学功能等多方面阐述近年来国内外在骨关节疾病领域的研究成果,并对开展有关连接蛋白和大骨节病的研究提出建议。 Link protein (LP) is a small glycoprotein, the binding of aggrecan to HA is stabilized by LP which binds to both aggrecan and to HA, forming the cartilage proteoglycan aggregate. Link protein is necessary for aggregate stability and therefore plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the tissue. The relationship between LP and kashin-beck disease (KBD), hasn't been described. Like other osteoarthritis, LP play an important role in pathogenesis of KBD.
