微分进化算法在头部电阻抗成像中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 电阻抗成像(EIT)技术是一种功能成像技术,它向未知目标注入(安全)电流,通过测得目标边界的电位来估计它内部的阻抗分布情况。电阻抗成像是一个严重病态的非线性逆问题。本研究应用微分进化算法进行电阻抗成像,并将其用于二维真实头模型的阻抗重建中。仿真结果显示,作为一种简单、鲁棒的算法,微分进化算法在EIT成像中具有优越的性能。 As a functional imaging technology, electrical impedance tomograpgy (EIT) aims at retrieving the impedance distribution in the subject from the potentials collected on the surface with the injected current on the boundary, and it is a typical nonlinear and highly ill-posed inverse problem, differential evolution (DE) algorithm was presented in this paper to solve the EIT inverse problem. This method was applied to the 2D impedance reconstruction of brain section based on real head model. The simulation results showed that DE algorithm has the characteristics of simple, robust in obtaining high quality reconstruction for EIT problems studied.
