摘要
世纪交替之际经食管超声心动图(TEE)的应用可总结为八个方面,包括代替心导管作心室功能或负荷的监测、在心脏手术中协助外科决策、体外循环期间重要脏器血供的监测、心脏病人非心脏手术中的麻醉安全监测、腔镜手术中的应用、脏器移植手术中的应用、手术室内三维TEE的应用等。
The chnical applications of intraoperative transesophageal echocardiographic at the alternation of centuries was summarized as eight aspects, which include assessment of ventricular performance and fdling during cardiac surgery, intervention of surgical decision making, monitoring of organ perfusion during cardiopulmonary bypass and of cardiac patients undergoing noncardiac procedures. More specialized applications include using in operations about laparoscopic operation, organ transplantationetc. The anticipated prospect of these apphcations was previewed.
