摘要
利用材料力学压杆稳定性的相关原理和数值模拟相结合的方法对长轴类零件无约束正挤压的成形条件进行了研究;提出了一种更新更实用的成形条件p<σcr,对长轴类零件的无约束正挤压具有一定的指导意义。
Analyzing the forming condition of long shaft parts in open-die extrusion based on the theory of instability in mechanics of materials and numerical simulation. And the more reasonable forming condition: p〈σcr is given. It is very significant for extrusion of long shaft parts.
