摘要
水蒸气蒸馏法提取腊梅花挥发油,GC-MS分析鉴定其化学成分,并计算各组分的相对含量,分离鉴定了其中65个组分,其主要成分为α-法呢烯(9.833%),大香叶烯D(9.693%),石竹烯(8.757%),和β-揽香烯(7.252%)。
The chemical components in essential oil were obtained by steam distillation, and separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 65 compounds were identified as the major constitutes of α-famesene (9. 833%), germacrene D (9. 693% ) ,caryophyllene (8. 757 % ),β-elemene (7. 252 % ).
