摘要
                
                    文章介绍了一种用于完成圆柱滚子轴承保持架钻、扩工序的专用机床的设计方案。该机床为卧式五面十四工位回转分度夹具机床,采用专用液压滑台、专用钻削头,自动集中润滑,大流量冷却。机床床身为高刚性整体结构,五个钻削动力头间隔2/14×360°沿周向布置;工件手动夹紧在夹具定位盘上,液压缸驱动棘轮机构实现自动转位分度,液压油缸推动楔形销实现定位锁紧;刀具通过接杆安装在主轴上,刚性加工;液压系统单独设有液压泵站;电气控制采用PLC控制。
                
                This paper introduces a scheme of a modular machine for railway bearing retainer drilling and broaching. The machine was equipped with a automatic rotating and indexing clamp and five heads which were arranged with horizontal style. Hydraulic slide tables, drilling heads, automatic centralized lubrication system and violent coolant system are used. The base of the machine has high rigidity due to its integral structure; five heads locate around the center of the base , the angle between the center line of every adjacent heads is 2/14 × 360° ; the workpiece was clamped on the clamp device manually , ratchet wheel was driven by a hydraulic cylinder for the purpose of indexing, and clamping and positioning was performed by a wedge-shaped dowel which was putted into the indexing plate by a hydraulic cylinder also; Tools fixed on tool connectors adapt to rigid machining ; the hydraulic pump unit is separately from the base; the machine was controlled by PLC.
