无机陶瓷膜在纳米TiO_2材料分离工艺中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 在湿化学法纳米TiO2规模生产中,为除去由原料偏钛酸中带来的SO42-,应用无机陶瓷膜装置对偏钛酸浆料进行洗涤、过滤并同时浓缩,研究了操作压差、错流速度、浓度、洗涤方式对膜渗透通量、用水量的影响。经优化确定最佳工艺条件为:操作压差0.2MPa,错流速度4 m/s,逐级洗涤方式。关键的是控制操作压差,平时注重装置的定期清洗和保养保持膜面湿润。实践证明,无机陶瓷膜装置应用于湿化学法纳米材料的制备,具有分离效率高、效果好、操作方便、节约用水的特点。 In the wet chemistry method nano-material TiO2 scale produce, for removing SO4^2- from the raw material H3TiO3, the application of equipment of inorganic ceramic membrane carry on washing and filtering and concentrating H3TiO3 at the same time. It have been studied that the influence of the operation differential pressure, staggering current velocity, concentration, method of washing and water quantity to the membrane. Through optimizing, best operation condition is obtained, that is, the operation pressure of 0. 2 MPa, staggering current velocity of 4 m/s, class method of washing. The key is a control operation pressure, usually pay attention to periodically clean and maintain equipment and keep the membrane face wet. It is make sure that have equipment of inorganic ceramic membrane apply in preparation of the wet chemistry method nano-material, have the characteristics of the efficient separation, effective result, the convenient operation and saving water.
