摘要
本文报告了因严重骨盆骨折合并大出血的三例病人，采用了早期选择性血管内栓塞止血，全部获得抢救成功。笔者还就该方法的适应症，具体方法进行了分析。
patients of serve pelvic fracture combined with serious bleeding were reported. The author used the selective intravascular emblosim for hemostasis in acute stage,all cases were seccessed.In article,the indica-tion and method were discused in detail.
