摘要
首先,通过对高层建筑地基基础方案优选问题的分析,提出了该问题的6个基本特征,为深入认识与研究高层建筑基础选型规律奠定了基础;然后,指出了基础选型设计属于整个设计过程中的方案设计阶段,将经过长期实践所形成的复杂选型设计过程分解为5个相对简单的阶段,给出了各阶段的特征与分析方法,该工作对规范基础选型设计过程并使其按一定的设计逻辑进行,以及明确各阶段需要解决的关键问题、探讨各阶段的实现方法与途径等,具有重要意义。
Firstly, according to the analyses of optimum form-selection method for ground foundations of high-rise buildings, six fundamental characteristics of the foundation form-selection of high-rise buildings are put forward, which can establish a base for deeply understanding and researching the discipline of the foundation form selection for high-rise buildings. Secondly, by indicating that foundation form-selection of high-rise buildings belongs to the scheme stage of the whole design process, the complex process of form-selection which formed by long practice was divided into five relatively simple stages and the characteristics and analyzing method of each stage was given. The work showed above has an important signification in regulating the foundation form selection process, making ensure the process to be carried according to a definite logic, showing the critical problem of each stage, discussing the realizing method and route of each stage.
