摘要
目的:探讨某校医学生上网行为以及其相关影响因素,了解网络对医学生带来的负效应,及早发现网络成瘾者,进一步采取干预措施.方法:于2004年2月到4月,对沈阳某医学院大学1～3年级的本科和高职学生采用统一的调查表,进行了不记名问卷调查.结果:在1 855名医学生中有1 772名学生上网,上网率95.5%,174名网络成瘾者,成瘾率为9.8%.网络成瘾发生有关的主要因素有学生层次、性别、生源地和对网络游戏的态度.结论:互联网的使用在医学生中已经普及,且对医学生已产生了的负面影响.加强对学生上网的管理,开展网络心理卫生工作迫在眉睫.
Objective： To discuss the on- line behaviors of medical college students and the factors that effect such behaviors, In order to understand the negtive effects from the internet and to find out those who addict to the Internet as early as possible, so that effective measurement can be taken in time. Methods： 1 855 students from grade one to grade three were investigated by selfadministered questionnaire anonymously from Feb. to Apr. 2004. Results： Among 1 855 medical college students, 1 772 had ever on - line, accountine for 95.5%. 174 were IAD students, accounting for 9.8%. Analysis showed that the major related factors for IAD were antecedents, gender, the addresses they come from, and the attitudes on Intemet games. Conclusion： It＇s high time to strengthen the administration to the on- line students and to start the work on the on-line psychological health.
