摘要
基础教育新课程改革要求中小学教师成为教育教学的研究者,这也就对中小学开展教育科研提出了直接的要求。但当前中小学教育科研的有效性很低,其中很重要的一个原因是不少中小学教师缺乏从事教育科研的内在素质和条件。在本文,我们就中小学教师从事教育科研的内在素质这一问题进行分析和探讨。
Reform of new courses in basic education requires that elementary and middle school teachers should become researchers in teaching and education, which is a direct requirement for elementary and middle schools to carry out educational research. But at present, their research is not so efficient as it should be and one of the reasons is lack of internal qualities (i.e. the subjective conditions) on the part of the teachers. This paper explores what internal qualities the teachers should be possessed with in order to engage in research work.
