参麦注射液对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤中SOD、MDA作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨参麦注射液在大鼠肾缺血-再灌注损伤中的抗氧化作用。方法通过建立大鼠急性肾再灌注损伤模型,测定参麦注射液对肾缺血-再灌注后肾组织SOD活力与MDA含量的变化。结果与对照组相比,使用参麦注射液后,在再灌注0 h1、h1、2 h及24 h后肾组织SOD活力明显升高(P值分别<0.01,0.05,0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P值分别<0.05,0.01,0.05)。结论参麦注射液在大鼠肾缺血-再灌注损伤模型中,有抗自由基损伤和减轻脂质过氧化的作用。 Objective To study the anti-oxidant effects of shenmai injection on rats with renal ischemia repeffusion injuries. Methods Shenmai injection was administered intrapertioneally in rats for every 6 hours from 2 days before the ischemia until 0,1,12,24 hours after reperfusion. Results SOD, MDA were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 P 〈 0.05 P 〈 0.01 respectively), while the concentration of MDA was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 P 〈 0.01 P 〈 0.05 respectively). Conclusion Shenmai injection may have anti-oxidative properties against renal ischemia reperfusion injuries in rats, possibly by alleviating the damages caused by free radicals and lipid peroxidation.
