摘要
设计了研究钢水中Al2O3附着性的高温(1500~1600℃)模拟试验装置和方法,对O'-Sialon-ZrO2复合材料进行了试验,并与Al2O3材料作对比。结果表明,O'-Sialon-ZrO2复合材料的抗Al2O3附着能力优于Al2O3材料,而O'-Sialon含量越多,抗附着能力越强。探讨了这种复合材料抗Al2O3附着的机理,认为主要是O'-Sialon与Al2O3在高温下反应生成液相。
Simulative testing equipment and method have been designed for studying the reaction of refractory materials withAl2O3 in steel at high temperature (1500-1600℃). O' -Sialon-ZrO2 composite specimens have been tested together withAl2O3 specimen for comparison. The results indicate that O'-Sialon-ZrO2 composite malerials are superior to Al2O3 material in term of resislance to Al2O3 despition, i. e. ante-cloggingl the higher the o'-Sialon content, the better the anticlogging behavior. The mechanism of the improved resistance to Al2O3 despition of O'-Sialon-ZrO2 compeities has bendiscussed. It is considered to be mainly due to the reaction of O'-Sialon with Al2O3 to form liquid phase at 1500-1600℃.
