摘要
高校后勤职工普遍存在着文化水平偏低、技术水平较差、结构设置不合理等现象。高校后勤人力资源优化配置的途径是:科学调整人员结构;实行市场灵活配置;建立全员终身教育制;允许人才合理流动。
In college and university, the logistic workers' cultural level and technical level are lower, the frame setting is illogicality. The approaches of optimizing deployment of logistic human resource management in college and university are to adjust the personnel's structure sciencely, to carry out deployment according to the market, to establish education system for all the workers for life, and to permit the mobilization of talents.
