摘要
通过对比实验的方法,对高重复率TEA CO_2激光去除飞机表面漆层时,对飞机蒙皮材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、杨氏模量等力学特性的参数之影响进行了初步研究。实验发现,经过激光除漆处理后的样品之力学参数没有明显变化,激光除漆对基材的力学性能没有影响。
In this paper, the effect of paint stripping with a high repetition rate TEA CO2 laser on the yield strength, tensile strength and Young＇s modulus of the substrate is studied by the method of experimental contrast. It is found in the experiment that the mechanical properties of the samples did not change obviously after the treatment of laser paint stripping. It is concluded that laser paint strpping has no effect on the mechanical properties of the substrate.
