三元杂多酸催化动力学研究痕量磷的催化光度法──磷(V)—锑钼酸—抗坏血酸—乙醇体系

摘要 本文研究了磷(V)催化抗坏血酸还原锑钼酸的反应,以乙醇作助催化剂,甘露醇作阻催化剂,采用固定时间法研究了影响体系反应速度的各种因素,探讨了催化、助催化及阻催化的机理。建立了一种高灵敏(εc=2.1×106),简单而且有选择性测定磷的方法.可用于水、酒石酸钾钠等化学试剂中磷的测定. The reaction of stibium molybdic acid reduced by ascorbic acid catalyzed with P(V),promoted with ethanol and inhibited with mannitol is studied in this paper.Various factors influencing the reaction rate is studied with fixed time-interval method,and the mechanism of catalyzation, promotion and inhibition are also inquired.A simple method to determine phosphorous with high sensitivity (εc = 2 .1 ×10 6) and selectivity is established.This method can be used to determine the content of P in water, potassium sodium tartrate and other reagents.
