摘要
目的:了解分析临床实习对护生专业态度的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法对经过近一年临床实习的140名护生自身专业态度及临床带教老师对其专业态度、未来工作期望值的影响进行调查。结果:(1)多数护生的专业态度是积极的、肯定的。(2)临床带教老师对护生专业态度的影响不容忽视。结论:临床实习对护生专业态度的主要影响是积极的,提高临床带教老师的敬业、爱岗意识和责任心对巩固护生专业思想,稳定护理队伍有着不容忽视的作用。
Objective：To analyse the effect of speciality attitude for student nurse on clinical practice. Methods： 140 Student nurses and their clinical teacher were investigated by questionnaaire for their speciality attitude and job in future. Results： （1）Most student nurse has positive and correct speciality attitude for their speciality. （2）The clinical teachers has an important effect on speciality attitude for student nurse. Conclusion：The main effect of clinical practice on speciality attitude for student nurse is positive. It is inportant to improve clinical teacher＇s professional dedication and their .sense of duty.
