摘要
“9.11”事件突出表明,当今世界安全威胁呈现多元化、全球化的趋势,各国在安全上的共同利益增多,相互依存加深,加强对话与合作成为寻求共同安全的重要途径。尽管传统安全仍是许多国家关注的主要内容,但非传统安全问题也越来越引起各国的重视。①本文以非传统安全为例,论述了中国东盟在这方面合作的背景、现状和意义。
Obviously, “9/11 Event” indicates that threats to the world＇s security are taking on the trend of diversification and globalization. Mutual interests on security are increasing among different countries, and their interdependence is deepening. Strengthening interlocution and cooperation becomes an important means of pursuit to common security. Although many countries have attached great importance to traditional security, non-traditional security problems have also aroused more and more attention at the same time. This paper analyses the background, status quo and significance of non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN in detail.
