摘要
生物技术已广泛地应用到了食品领域中的各个方面,本文根据国内外近年来的文献研究,综述了国内外食品生物技术发展的概况。
Biochemical technology is widely used in many aspects of food field. In this paper, author summarized the development situation of food biochemical technology based on the internal and external literatures in recent years.
