硫酰氟对杨树包装材料中光肩星天牛幼虫的毒力测定 被引量:9

摘要 硫酰氟熏蒸木质包装材料中光肩星天牛(AnoplophoraglabripennisMotsch.)幼虫的毒力试验表明,中毒天牛幼虫经过14天的人工饲养后,“垂死幼虫”全部死亡,存活幼虫死亡率约为10%左右;毒力分析结果显示在4.4℃、10.0℃、15.5℃和21.1℃条件下熏蒸24h,达到LD99.9968要求的预期CT值分别为6183.5、3242.7、1019.1和692.6mg.h/L,在木材装载量为25%左右的情况下,致死剂量分别为309.5、217.0、87.8和75.7mg/L。 The toxicity tests of sulphuryl fluoride fumigation against the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis in poplar wood packing materials were conducted thoroughly in spring of 2003. The results showed that the death rate for“ moribund larvae” and living larvae is 100% and nearly 10% respectively after 14 days' artificial diet rearing. The toxicity results in 2003 are very similar as that in 2001 and 2002, its estimated CT products for LD99 996s were 6183.5,3242.7,1019.1 and 692.6mg.h/L respectively at the temperature of 4.4℃, 10.0℃ ,15.5℃ and 21.1℃ ,and the corresponding dose were 309.5,217.0,87.8 and 75.7mg/L respectively when the loding ratio was nearly 25% and the exposure time was 24 hours.
