摘要
依据榆林北部风沙区的自然地理、社会经济概况、水土资源及其开发利用潜力，分析了井灌工程实施后在扩大水浇地面积、农民收入增加、农业生产条件改善以及生态环境向良性循环方向发展等方面取得的经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益；提出了政策优惠、水利工程向多元化发展、提高工程整体效益、重视水资源管理等建议。
Based on natural geography,social conditions,water and
soil resourcesand potentials for development and utilization in the tqanddrift areas in the north
Yuling,this paper analyses the economic returns,social bencfits and ecoenvironmental
effectsobtained from expanding irrigated areas,increasing farmers'income,improving
agroproduction conditions and developing the good cycle of eco-environment after the
imple-mentation of the irrigation project by wells,Also,this paper advances some
suggestionsconcerning the preference policy, multi-development of water conservancy projects
andattention to be paid to water resources management.
