摘要
文章通过对传统灌输式教学法的分析,深入挖掘了模拟教学法的内涵,阐明模拟教学法是一种有效地培养高职院校学生职业技能素质的实践教学方法,指出在以教师为导演、学生为主演的模拟实践中,师生在积极互动中彼此发展,教学相长。
With analysis on traditional inculcating teaching method, it is deeply dug the intention of simulated teaching method, clarified that it's a practical teaching method to develop the quality of the professional skills of the students in higher vocational colleges effectively. And pointed out that with the simulated practice of teachers as the directors and students as leading, the simulated teaching method can help teachers and students develop themselves in active interdynamic process and teaching to benefit teachers as well as students.
