摘要
粮食物流是物流系统中一个重要部分,河南的农业以及交通资源是河南发展粮食现代物流的优势,然而河南省的粮食现代物流在粮食流通体制、物流设施设备、粮食物流企业竞争力、物流人才上存在缺陷。第三方物流在设备、管理、运行机制上的优势能帮助河南省在发展粮食现代物流起到一定的推动作用。
Grain logistics is an important part in logistics system,the agriculture and transportation resource of Henan province are the advantages for Henan province to develop grain modern logistics,however, the grain circulation policy,logistics infrastructure, the competitive of grain logistics enterprises, logistics human resource are the disadvantages in Henan＇s grain modern logistics. Third party logistics have advantages in infrastructure, management and operation system which can help Henan to develop grain modern logistics in some degree.
