卡维地洛与阿替洛尔对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血管内皮功能及可溶性细胞间粘附分子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨卡维地洛与阿替洛尔对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血管内皮功能和可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的影响。方法42例冠心病患者随机分为卡维地洛组和阿替洛尔组。卡维地洛组给予常规治疗加卡维地洛,阿替洛尔组给予常规治疗加阿替洛尔;均连用8周。均于治疗前后测定内皮素-1、一氧化氮和sICAM-1水平并进行比较。结果应用卡维地洛的患者内皮素-1和sICAM-1明显降低,一氧化氮明显升高,与阿替洛尔组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论卡维地洛对急性冠状动脉综合征患者的血管内皮功能有一定的保护作用。 Objective To explore the effects of carvedilol and atenolol on the blood vessel endothelial function and soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 ( sICAM-1 ) in acute coronary artery syndrome patients. Methods 42 cases with coronary artery syndrome were randomly divided into carvedilol group and atenolol group, who were treated for 8 weeks. Nitric oxide (NO) ,endothelin-1 (ET-1) and sICAM-1 were determined. Results ET-1 and sICAM-1 levels were obviously lowered while NO was remarkably elevated in carvedilol group compared with that in atenolol group,with significant differences (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Carvedilol has certain protective effect on the blood vessel endothelial function in acute coronary artery syndrome patients.
