摘要
叙述了BaO-Ln2O3-xTiO2系陶瓷的掺杂、添加烧结助剂和晶粒取向对其烧结温度和微波介电性能的影响。简述了(Pb1-xCax)(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3系陶瓷的掺杂改性和低温烧结的研究进展。介绍了迄今为止εr最高的一类微波介质陶瓷CaO-Li2O-Ln2O3-TiO2系材料。提出了需要进一步思考和解决的问题。
The influences of doping, sintering aids and grain-orientation BaO-Ln2O3-xTiO2 ceramics were summarized. The development for modified ceramics were mentioned. Then, CaO-LiEO-Ln2O3-TiO2 ceramics with the most interesting problems to be considered are mentioned. on the microwave dielectric properties of and low sintering (Pb1-xCax)(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 excellent εr were introduced.
