摘要
阐述了600MW超临界发电机组的启动系统功能和控制,并着重介绍了HG-1950/25.4-YM1锅炉内置式启动分离器系统。结合华润电力(常熟)的超临界600MW汽轮发电机组的调试过程,对机组启动分离系统的控制及协调控制系统进行了分析,介绍了超临界机组协调控制的特点及策略,提出了机组启、停及正常运行控制中需注意的核心问题。
The function and control of the 600 MW supercritical boiler's start-up system is presented. As an example, the inner separator with circulating pump of HG-1950/25.4-YM1 model is introduced. According to the commissioning experience of the 600 MW supercritical power unit, the control of the startup system and the coordinating control system (CCS) are analyzed involving the characteristics and strategy of the coordinating control system. In the end, some key points in the process of startup shutdown and normal operation of the supercritical unit are put forward.
